There are pleas and requests going out to numerous lists hoping to get 
some interested stations in the path of the balloon to switch over to 
144.390 to monitor for it's passing.

Unfortunately, if it goes over Moroco, there's not much hope as there's 
no IGates even THERE according to what I can see on my global feed of
