[aprssig] APRS Stellite active! Re: FAST1 Status?

I was running 1200 last week with some success, but not since.  I did hear
what I think is 9600 down from the satellite last night, but I don't have
the equpiment to drive or decode it.  9600 might be a better bet.  I think
the frequencies are the same.  Or, 9600 up might be on 145.980, if 145.825
doesn't work.

I missed the earlier pass tonight (have house guests and lost track of the
time - Rats; would have been a great demo).  Will try again on the next
pass, but it's only 14 degrees at best.
