[aprssig] APRS Parser for Arduino?

Is there any possibility that an APRS parser exists for either the 
Arduino (C++) or the Netduino (C#) platform?
If not, is such a thing feasible? I am not the one to write such a 
thing, but perhaps someone reading this is
that someone!
