Both the web site and my email contain the direct download link,

The market only contains the paid version, which is due to several
aspects:

 * to publish anything on the Market, you have to pay a fee to Google
 * You will get automatic updates by getting the Market version
 * Maybe I can afford a new Android phone one day to replace my old HTC
   Dream ;)
