[aprssig] Curious about bogus packets on Findu

I'm just guessing here, but I suspect that those areas have a digi or 
IGate running in PASSALL mode that has the ability to corrupt single 
digits in an APRS packet.  aprs.fi has a sanity filter that removes 
"impossible" packets that appear to have traveled too fast, which is 
what these would look like.  If you pull up the raw packets (as many as 
might be available) in aprs.fi, are there any flagged that way?
