As pointed out, you can use any T2 server or noam.aprs2.net:14580.
You could add the following to your filter string. It is a "range" filter.

r/21/-158/2500

Among others, your options are...

range filter...               r/lat/lon/dist   (as shown above)
area filter...                 a/latN/lonW/latS/lonE
friend range filter...     f/call/dist
