I have three recommendations.
1. if the fixed station is one where an operator is monitoring it regularly, I
recommend using a specific digi's callsign, so one hop via a single digi.
2. the next option is to use a path of TN
3. the final suggestion is to use a path of WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 (which was the
recommended path at the time that we originally developed these guidelines)
