[aprssig] APRSDos Features

I reiterate. I'm not trying to clone a feature list, I'm also trying to
implement "must have" that have reasons to exist that someone can
actually describe a real-world use for. If people start thinking of
functions they use and how they use them, they might become more usable
in newer clients instead of the newer clients just being a
re-implementation of the old. That's why I won't run the old clients
myself, I don't want to limit my interfaces to what's been done before
visually. (Think of it as a partial "clean room" design,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clean_room_design)

But thanks for the reminder of the list!
