Thanks.  But that is almost 1 in 3, and that is where the growth is.

Hence my conclusion that serving the mobile operator with local relevant information is the future of APRS.  And eventually those people who have never tried it and were misslead into thinking it was nothing but a vehicle tracking system will eventually see the light..
