[aprssig] GPS Replacement

The Colorado 300 works great with the Tracker2.  Someone in the outdoor 
products division made tweaks in the Colorado and Oregon line 
specifically for APRS.

The only caveat is that you need a somewhat pricey and rather clunky 
cable and external power.
