I remember someone mentioning a map for Hara, etc for keying in APRS TT 
posit. 

Can someone post this to the list, also is there a freq monitoring Hara
that will pick up and relay the posit info? 

Finally what is the best place to get a primer on how to do that and how to
convert your call to the TT needed?
