Originally, they used  UIview and the PSK31 Server plugin developed for 
UIview   (a distant forerunner of Chris's APRS Messenger program).  
Their website now offers a purpose-built PSK31  application.    They are 
beaconing on
_1.9982_   3.5982   7.1032 *10.1389*   14.097 *18.105*     21.098 
*24.924   28.131   50.291*   144.288   and 432.300
according to their website.     They have an Internet-based backend with 
Google mapping, somewhat similar to findu or aprs.fi.
