[aprssig] N1VG-11 APRS Utilization

It works for me, and doesn't work for others.  The .nyud.net is the 
CoralCDN Content Distribution Network (http://www.coralcdn.org/) that 
provides distributed content caching instead of having everyone hit my 
personal web server.  Try the link again later and see if it works any 
better.
