[aprssig] Hamfest Objects with Kenwood Radios

Not necessarily injected to APRS-IS.  APRS Object definitions are 
contained in the payload of an APRS packet and are not subject to the 
AX.25 restrictions.  Check out Bob's recommendations on how to configure 
a KPC-3+ and you'll see what I mean.
