[aprssig] Hamfest and Local info (filter mobiles)

It does.  Either full screen or half screen.  And it stays there
10 seconds. There is a setting for that.

Just set the filter to deselct MOBILES.

It already does that too.  Once you have received it, it will
not flash up.
