Look into Control Panel / Device Manager / Ports and see if you can move 
it lower.  If there's no spots lower, move one of them higher and put 
this on in its place.

Or take the opportunity to join the APRSISCE Yahoo group 
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/APRSISCE/) and try out a new APRS client 
for Windows, APRSIS32 (http://aprsisce.wikidot.com/).
