John,

It is a close clone of the TAPR TNC-2.  If you can find information on that,
it should be applicable.  I used, and abused, one for years and never found
an incompatibility.  It got vaporized in a lightning strike, and the manual
is long gone.  If it needs a firmware update, the TAPR TNC-2 firmware will
work fine.

Anyone have info on this old TNC?
Specifically looking for the DIP switch settings. Is it like any other 
TNC out there? TAPR, MFJ or Kantronics
