[aprssig] aprs.fi web vs APRS-IS (was: WiFi APRS traveler)

Isn't there something we should be aware of related to name-spaces
between the web-submitted position and positions received from APRS-IS
for the same callsign-SSID? Aren't those actually two different
stations on aprs.fi? And how can we tell one vs the other?
