HF APRS has traditionally been conducted with conventional 300 baud 
AX.25 FSK packet. 

Now a new mode, APRS over PSK63,  can potentially offer superior 
performance under difficult HF propagation conditions. 

Details on this new mode, step-by-step setup instructions for Chris 
Moulding's (G4HYG)  APRS Messenger  program, and information on using 
this program as a "soft TNC" with other APRS programs such as UIview and 
APRSpoint ..
