I ran into one station that had PERSIST 1. It must have delayed its 
transmissions more than a few times. it's back to 64 now.

UI-View can gate messages to local stations. What is "local" is 
determined by a setting in IGATE.INI. The recommended setting is 0 or 1, 
but where IGates are far apart, a higher setting could be used, although 
success will go down with more hops if the frequency is busy.
