No, this one has no ham radio on board (to my knowledge)... BUT
we want all hams along the east coast to LOOK for it so they can
get an idea of where to point, and what to look for when the
amateur one goes up later.  Also it is a good test of our CQSRVR
using CQ LAUNCH CQ LAUNCH ...
