[aprssig] Airborne Digis

I tend to agree.... simply program the SAR radios to shift up 600khz and run
the airborne digi on 144.99mhz.  The perk is that you don't have to
reprogram the tracker, just flip a switch on the front of radio.  the
airborne digi answers to wide1-1.
