Several payloads you might be able to receive and talk back into.  Here is the data for anyone interested:

K6RPT-10 APRS on 144.390, WIDE2-1
K6RPT-11 APRS on 144.360 as a quiet, direct alternative
Simplex voice repeater (store and forward) on 446.500 PL 100.0.
Chase frequency 223.50 simplex, no PL.
Also monitoring 146.520 National Simplex and Condor system.

Please feel free to try the simplex repeater if you are anywhere in CA.  At 100,000 feet it should reach over any mountain range.
