The third harmonic of 144.39 is 433.17, not 443.17.

434.400 is the third harmonic of 144.800. Not very useful in Europe in
hamfests or other places with lots of APRS activity.

And yes and yes, Europe has two 70 cm frequencies: primary on 433.800 
(plagued by ISM interference) and 432.500 (outside the ISM band). The 
latter is in use in Finland. Don't know much about the use in other
countries, some Swedes seem to use 433.800.
