callsign-IL is a valid APRS object name, but not a valid AX.25 address. This means that an APRS application (e.g. xastir) could generate these names, but a typical TNC (e.g. T2, KPC3, D700) cannot have the station callsign set to -IL. -Jason kg4wsv
