[aprssig] HF APRS Stations - Please check frequency

[Amateur Radio WB8NUT]

Would any HF APRS stations on this list please check their 30 meter 
transmissions to make sure they are properly on frequency. Some unknown 
number of stations continue to beacon, but they are so far off frequency 
that their packets cannot be decoded.
