[aprssig] UIDIGI Setup

Ed,
Instead of providing the address locations of Marco's binary file I decided
to provide a BIN file that has cleared entries for Beacon2Path and
Beacon3Path. These are the entries that create a problem if you want these
paths to be blank. If you use the fresh copy of UIGOLD.BIN (UIDIGI v1.9 beta
3) when creating a new BIN file, there will be no problem and you will not
need to manually modify anything. Since the entries have been cleared there
is no reason to program LOCAL or NONE as a place holder. If the entries in
the configuration file are blank, the entries in the UIGOLD.BIN will remain
blank. Be sure to use a fresh copy of UIGOLD.BIN for each new binary that is
configured.
You can find a copy of the modified binary at:
http://qsl.net/n8deu/uigold.bin
I also added some text and a link to the following web site to retrieve the
file:
http://qsl.net/n8deu/uidigi_eprom_settings.htm
