[aprssig] KC2TUA/KC2UFG Ballon Down?

Interesting how the transmit rate increased after they sent the
cut-down message.  I'll be very interested in hearing how they
implemented that as the BeeLine GPS itself only has one beacon rate.
Perhaps they had an external microcontroller modify the device
parameters on the fly?
