[aprssig] FINDU messaging

I siwtched my boat fromt he TT to the laptop running APRS+SA.
I sent an RF message to a local station and got acked right away.
I cannot get the findu messaging to work at all on RF.
If anyone wants to send to N2HGB-5, I have auot-answer turned on.
