[aprssig] Simplest P-n-P APRS WX stn

Davis Wireless. Expensive, but rugged and simple. It's just plug and play 
with no wiring to sensors. Can output to a regular TNC & radio, or just  to 
a computer for automatatedTCPIP output to CWOP (no rf needed).
