[aprssig] Simplest P-n-P APRS WX stn

I've still got a warehouse full of basic consumer-grade weather 
stations.  Well, less full now - Sparkfun just bought another 50 from me 
yesterday and I'm down to less than half of my original stock of 500.

I haven't listed this on my own site yet because I've been working on an 
OpenTracker+ derived kit for it that'd also include (optional) humidity 
and barometric pressure sensors.  I've got samples for those on the way now.

Considering how many SparkFun has sold at $69 each with no electronics, 
I really need to get off my butt and finish this project.  I'm already 
almost to the point where I have to reorder another container load.

They're not as durable as the Peet Bros stations (from what I've seen, 
never owned one myself) and I wouldn't put one on a mountaintop where 
it'd be routinely subjected to very high winds and not easily replaced, 
but for home use they're perfectly fine and they're cheap to replace.

So far I've only broken one, and that was because I didn't bother to 
bolt down the tripod on the roof and it blew over in the one good wind 
storm of the year and broke the anemometer.

Anyway, sensor samples are due in next week.  I'll do my best to get a 
kit on the market this summer that'll do direct audio output to a radio 
or serial in Peet Bros format for an external display or TNC.
