[aprssig] UI-VIEW tcp/ip only question

I found WB4BSD and WB4BSD-1 connected to first.aprs.net. Neither of
them is using the proper APRS passcode, and is therefore not
"verified" and able to send packets. If you're using a different
call/ssid or a different server, then my sleuthing doesn't apply.
