[aprssig] Is WXSVR Permanently Defunct???

One of the WXSVR features that I'll miss is the finger command to get the
full NWS message. I was doing this for our state eoc and would like to be
able to get the full NWS message from any APRS NWS trigger.

The alert zone problem is being worked on. Depending on your client
they may be working now. Additional clients may start lighting up
zones during the next day or so. Thank you Pete!
