[aprssig] AMPS hole pattern

Anyone got the true spec on the AMPS hole pattern?  As best I can guess,
it's 38mm x 30mm with (4) 5.5mm dia holes.  Is it based on metric or
imperial measurements?  What is the max size of the mounting plate?
