[aprssig] Google APRS info explanation sought

First, it appears to be a trashed packet, the start is an altitude (/ 
A=00....) combined with a complete packet which is probably a plain  
TNC beacon packet. The packet is not an APRS packet format, those have  
a special character at the start of the payload (after the colon). In  
other words looks like something someone typed into a BTEXT parameter  
of a TNC.

Or, the second packet could be trashed as well. These trashed packets  
are usually caused either by an IGate that needs to be rebooted, or a  
digi operating with PASSALL ON.
