[aprssig] Andorid APRS

I'm going to put some thought into this over the holidays and perhaps
get some code written. Will certainly check out your existing code as
well. Can we come up with a base set of features that we would all
like to see? Anyone who has an iPhone should check out iBCNU as a
'fairly' good example. It has had its problems, but it a pretty good
piece of software now.

FWIW, I would like to see this kind of app also work with things like
google latitude, fireeagle and the like. A sort of general position
update app.
