I hate to say this, but I'm thinking we can use the wild-west
value of WIDE7-7 until the channel gets crowded.  And by
definition, "crowded" means less than 80% clear channel.

As soon as there are enough users to occupy more than 20% of the
channel, then we will need to cut back.

Yes set UIFLOOD to SS,ID to support SSn-N for your state
Set UITRACE to WIDE to support WIDEn-N
UIDIGI aliases are not needed.

Unless anyone sees a better idea..
