[aprssig] APRS sats

BOTH, ISS PACKET @1200 BAUD,145.825MHZ LAST CHECK.
And Oscar 51
@9600 Baud dowlink, 
go-32 9600 baud.
anyone want to add to this, list these are just my contacts.
I am sure there are other sats with 1200 and 9600 baud.
