The Tracker2 (specifically the OT2m version) has a built-in solid state 
relay and will accept on, off, and momentary commands remotely, with 
fairly strong authentication.

The OpenTracker+ also has an undocumented on/off function for one I/O 
pin.  Can't remember if it even sends an ACK, though.
