Australia uses kph for terrestrial wind speed but maritime and
aeronautical wind is still in knots. Our Bureau of Meteorology automatic
weather station at airports displays both unit of measure on the web pages.

At the radio station, the BoM bulletins we receive are in kph for land,
and in knots and Nautical Miles for maritime.
