No criticism of the MT-TT4, but the T2-301 is also frequency agile, 
power adjustable (higher than the stock 5W or lower), can be configured 
with a Nuvi 350 or a PC with terminal program or otwincfg.exe, can be 
remotely reprogrammed via APRS messages and so on, and can send and 
receive APRS messages from a Nuvi 350. Just connect an antenna to the 
BNC connector and apply power via the DE-9 that doubles as the interface 
for the two com ports, WX station, 1 wire WX sensor and telemetry 
inputs. For a portable digi, it could use a non-display type GPS to 
indicate its own position, or program in a fixed location.
