[aprssig] TAPR Differential GPS Reference Station

Steve, Wasn't this something like an "averaging" of accumulated 
positions over that 24-hour period?  Then those coordinates were 
programmed into the Ref Station?
It would be appreciated if anyone else knows how any of the client 
applications massaged or used any of this data, they could chime in here.
