[aprssig] Garmin 2610 to d700 aftermarket?

Assuming it has one.  They're common on headless GPS receivers, but 
Garmin's always used their own USB protocol and chances are it's not 
using a serial to USB chip.  Even if it is, it's probably speaking 
Garmin protocol.
