Yep, that is what it was designed for, but it only works for
otther stations if they log in.  And so it required apriori
knowledge to know an event was taking place.  This wroks for
JOTA, SCR, and FD, but not everyday...  So thanks for the idea
to extend it generally always to anyone that wants to call CQ
for a DX APRS contact...
