It does until it inserts the /A=xxxxxx in front of all other
user text and pushes that user formatted text to the right.  

Then it breaks the spec of that info... Which is supposed to
start after the symbol byte, or after the PHG data, or after the
CSE/SPEED data.  THen anywhere in that "text" field is where the
/A=xxxxx can rightfully go.  But not by inserting it and pushing
everything to the right.
