[aprssig] APRS needs...

For a mobile, or a handheld?  Kenwood could certainly do it in a mobile 
(I think it'd wind up being a ham MDT), but with the D7 already at $350, 
oversized, and short on battery life... I can't really see them coming 
up with something having a slide-out keyboard and nice screen.
