[aprssig] OT:recording voltmeter

Does anyone have a recommendation for a recording voltmeter?  I'd like to
set a limit and have it time stamp deviations from that limit.  The min/max
function of some DVMs would work, except there is no time stamp.  An LCD
review screen or ticker tape would be fine.
