Not sure about APRS in general, but Ralph WØRPK lists balloon flights
at http://www.ARHAB.org (assuming you let him know).

I only mentioned it here because we're flying at the same time as the
other one mentioned, and if we hit peak altitude at the same time
folks in the middle could hear 'em both at the same time.
