[aprssig] RF broadcasting GPS data to local devices

Not that I've used these modules.... but we are talking GPS data with a
checksum on the end.  It's repeating data and most devices will discard bad
packets if the GPxxx checksum fails... and as Arlo Gutherie would say... you
just "wait for it to come around on the guitar again."  Still, for use in a
small space such as an RV or car, looks fine to me.
