You need a GPS that talks thru a SERIAL port. All the Garmin's that do
street nav and talk back are USB I think.

Avmap G5, which of course is not a GARMIN navigates, talks, and has a serial
port to connect to the D710.

I have a GARMIN 7200, large screen that talks, navigates, does XM, MP3, and
has video inputs that I can hook my ICOM 7000 to to show its display and
NTSC TV if I want to.. BUT, it only has USB connection.

So, I have a cheap GARMIN puck 17 GPS also on the dash that talks serial to
my D710..

Can anyone tell me the newest model Garmin that has street navigation with
audio and screen that has serial and can be interfaced to the d710? I
believe the last model that will work is the 276C, but I wanted to check
before I spent Friday's paycheck.

I am not looking for which handhelds work, just mobile units please.
